Can the rubber gym floor rolls be installed over carpet?

This is one of our most asked rubber flooring FAQ. It is almost always better to install rubber weight room flooring over a hard surface such as concrete or wood.

If the carpet is an extremely low and tight pile it may be possible to go right over it but it needs to be a hard, tight pile carpet. In most cases we recommend removing the carpet before your rubber rolls or interlocking tiles are installed.

Does the rubber flooring smell like some of the floors I have seen or should I say smelled?

This is another highly asked rubber flooring FAQ. We actually have one the lowest levels of rubber odor in the industry. Many times our virgin rubber products smell a bit more than our recycled rubber products but this odor will usually disappear in a short time.

You can always seal the flooring if this is a concern but we have thousands of customers that have installed our flooring without any ongoing problem from the smell.

Can I install the rubber flooring or tiles myself?

Yes you can. With a few simple tools and a little help from us it is very possible to install it yourself.

How is your pricing compared to other suppliers?

We have extremely competitive pricing. Through our high volume we are able to provide our customers with the best pricing available in the market.

Where is your rubber flooring and tiles made?

We are proud to say right here in the USA! Don’t be fooled by inferior imported materials.

Ask your supplier if the material is made in the USA or give us a call and tell us which supplier you are looking at and we will give you an honest answer regarding the supplier’s manufacturing location.

It is very common for suppliers to tell you their material is made in the United States when it is actually imported. There are even some suppliers that will tell you they make the material themselves when in fact they don’t and it is imported.

Don’t be tricked by a fast talking salesperson. Check it out before you buy and give us a call at 800-279-1963 and we will answer your questions honestly. Not all of the questions asked are here in our rubber flooring FAQ.

We are here to create life long customers who will refer us to their friends and colleagues. You do that by giving good service and great prices and by giving honest answers. If our material is not right for you. we will tell you and also let you know where you can find what you are looking for.

Where do you ship from?

We have several warehouses across the country and we will always try to ship out of the warehouse that is closest to you. Our goal is to provide you with the lowest freight rate possible.

How long does it take to process my order and when will I receive my material.

We always process the order the same day we receive it and most of our orders ship within 1-5 days depending on the order. Custom colors and cut to fit roll orders will take a little longer depending on the complexity of the order.

How will my order be shipped?

We contract with several shipping companies including UPS and FedEx. We will always use the carrier that provides you with the best service and rate available.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, if you like, we can email you your tracking number with the carrier providing the service, or we can give you a regular update as to when your order will arrive. For larger orders the carrier will always call to set up a delivery appointment.

For larger orders do I need a forklift?

It is always easier on large gym or facility orders to have a forklift on hand but it is in no way necessary. We can provide you either curbside service or inside delivery for a nominal additional charge.

When we provide you with a quote we will discuss your delivery needs and the options available.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, personal or business checks and, of course, cash. For repeat customers or dealers, we will be happy to set you up on a net 30 day term.

How do I figure out how much material I need?

The easiest way is give us a call and we can walk through the process. You can fax or email your measurements and we will figure it out for you or you can click on the links above for some handy tips and tools on how to measure a room etc.
